Head Cleaner

About this Job: As a Cleaner for Integral Management Company you will play an important role with our team. Our team members look forward to a fast paced work day with varied duties and interaction with our residential and commercial tenants.

Responsibilities: Clean all common areas, vacant apartments/office space including; tub/showers, walls, sinks, doors, cabinets, appliances, ceilings, light fixtures, windows as well as vacuum and mop all floor areas. Clean hallways, entryways, laundry rooms and other common areas at least twice weekly. Assist with curb appeal by picking up trash in parking lot and lawns, lawn care, painting, salting entrances and sidewalks if needed and sweep sidewalks as necessary.

Assistant Maintenance Technician

Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance (driving to multiple locations on a daily basis)

Integral Management Company is seeking a Full or Part Time Assistant Maintenance Technician.  Position will assist Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining our properties, inside and out at all of our residential and commercial sites in the Metro Milwaukee area.

To be considered for this position, we prefer some experience in:

  • Replace/repair broken glass, screens, tile, garbage disposals, fixtures, appliances, blinds, locks, drywall and other interior repairs

  • Painting interior and exterior

  • Carpentry work, such as replacing doors, repairing/replacing cabinets and countertops, replacing trim and other structural repairs

  • Concrete, masonry, roof, fencing and other exterior repairs

  • When necessary, assist with housekeeping duties

  • Extermination services

  • Maintain curb appeal by picking up litter, sidewalk and parking lot sweeping and performing ground work as necessary

  • On-call emergency schedule for evening, weekend and holiday coverage

  • Change light bulbs in common areas and replace smoke/CO batteries

Extra Skills Beneficial:

  • Electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, etc.

  • Light plumbing work, such as clearing clogs, replacing fittings, etc.

  • Basic heating and air conditioning systems and perform minor repairs

You must have your own transportation (mileage reimbursement) along with hand tools and be available for on-call when needed.  Competitive Compensation and Pleasant working environment.
